Kunshan Changfa Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Shipai District which is between Shanghai and Suzhou City of China. Our company invested around USD10 million in aluminum alloy manufacture in 2002. We started production and became one of the largest private aluminum processing enterprises in China. Our company covers an area of 31,600 square meters and there are almost 200 employees. Our production capacity was 12,000 metric tons of aluminum alloy products with the sales value of around USD35 million (RMB240 million) in 2008.

We are expanding our production capacity now. Our new workshop is under construction and we will start machine installation and commissioning in the last quarter of 2009. Later on, our product chain will be extended. We will focus on aluminum tubes and cold drawn precise aluminum rods/square bars/flat bars. We will help customers to make/process aluminum industrial profiles by our CNC machines.

Equipment:
Our company has a complete set of production line for aluminum alloy processing, including remelting, extrusion & heat treatment. We have 6 extruders from 500MT to 2,500MT, 4 drawing machines, 4 sets of large, middle and small straighteners, 10m homogenizing furnaces, 10m aging furnaces, 18m and 10m quench furnaces, 2 sets of remelting furnaces, physical and chemical inspection instruments for labs and CNC machines for aluminum parts production.

Products:
Our products include round rods, square bars, flat bars, seamless pipes/tubes and industrial profiles.

Our main product types are 1060, 2014, 2023, 2A12, 2A14, 2A50, 5A02, 5A05, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075, 7A04, 7A09 and special aluminum alloy and aluminum parts for electronic, medical, spinning machine, aviation, shipping, military weapon and other fields.

Subsidiary:
1) Binzhou (Mengwei) Changfa Aluminum Products Co., Ltd. specializes in 2A12, 6061, 6063, 2A50, 2A14 and 7075 products with an annual output of around 30,000 metric tons of aluminum alloy billets. Holding advanced production techniques, we cast these products by aluminum liquids directly, which makes our aluminum alloy products have better performances in the surface treatment of oxygenation.

2) Kunshan Changyin Aluminum Co., Ltd. focuses on seamless tube/pipe and cold draw bar production and all kinds of aluminum part CNC processing in accordance with customers' requests.
